Our standard operating procedures (SOP) meet
U.S. Federal Rules of Evidence standards.
Our field documentation workflow process is that we:

Systematically document property following our SOPs with high definition video (1080i) and DSLR still photography (using various lenses) combined with descriptive narrative, data & scanned supporting documents into our secure database. We perform no deletions or digital processing on original images.

Prove the state of property with certified references (including GPS); and independent date & time stamping.

“Lock-down” a documentation record & all of its supporting data.

Code, encrypt, password & security level protect, and archive. Unaltered original recording media can be retained & stored.
